To support research with genetically engineered mice at CINJ, the Transgenic/Knock-out Mouse Shared Resource provides a centralized, expert facility for the generation of genetically engineered animals and assists CINJ investigators with their design and analysis. The specific objectives of this shared resource are:
In addition, in the future this shared resource will not only provide a service function but will also play an important intellectual role in the development and pursuit of mouse-oriented research projects in the CINJ community.
